Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead a store team, achieve sales and service goals, and maintain strong Professional Customer relationships. The role requires long hours, including nights and weekends, with a focus on profitability, inventory accuracy, safety, and store standards.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, strong communication, and experience coaching teams; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 Team Members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; coach and engage Team Members.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards; schedule and develop staff.
• Handle on-duty responsibilities including coaching, floor management, safety, and store opening/closing.
