Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English with business vocabulary.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients.
• Regularly update account information to maintain customer records.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure procedures are in place to minimize risk.
• Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue and implementing solutions.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs.
• Answer product and service questions and suggest information about other products or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
