Job summary

RTS, part of Shamrock Trading Corporation, seeks a Spanish-speaking Financial Account Representative in Overland Park, KS. You will manage clients’ accounts receivable portfolios, process invoices, and ensure timely funding and collections while collaborating with cross-functional teams onsite.

Ideal candidates have a business-related bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong customer service skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with business vocabulary.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients.
• Regularly update account information to maintain customer records.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure procedures minimize risk.
• Manage product or service issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services by analyzing customer needs.
• Answer questions and provide information about other products or services.

Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position. The role requires direct collaboration with cross-functional teams, real-time problem-solving, and timely responses to customer and operational needs. As a customer-facing position, onsite presence facilitates efficient communication with colleagues and subject matter experts, enabling effective service delivery and faster resolution of customer inquiries and issues. The role also requires participation in team meetings, operational processes, and occasional onsite trainings that are critical to achieving customer service objectives.

An ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a dynamic personality and high attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients
• Regularly update account information to maintain customer records
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers
• Perform risk assessments and ensure that procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk
• Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the adjustment and following up to ensure a resolution
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Answer product and service questions and suggest information about other products or services
• Other duties as assigned
