Shamrock Trading Corporation (RTS Financial and Shamrock) is seeking a Russian Speaking Financial Account Representative to manage an assigned portfolio of clients, process invoices and related documentation, and maintain customers’ accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, capable of working in a team, and possess a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and fluent Russian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or related field.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Bilingual Russian and English required (speaking, reading, writing).

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service for financial clients.
• Regularly update account information to maintain customer records.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers.
• Perform risk assessments and minimize risk through procedures.
• Manage product or service issues and follow up to resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs.
• Answer questions and inform about other products and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
