Job summary

Dexory is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Field Service Engineer for its US Service Operations team. The role involves extensive travel to international client sites to service, maintain, fault-find, and repair robots in the field.

Requirements include 5+ years in electromechanical assembly and service, strong electrical/mechanical diagnostics, and excellent communication. Travel flexibility and a valid US driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment.
• Develop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks.
• Develop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations.
• Maintain product traceability records.
• Maintain product currency.
• Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
