Dexory is seeking a Deployment Engineer to ensure seamless product integration at client sites across North America. This role requires a technically proficient individual with experience in autonomous hardware systems and strong problem-solving skills. Duties include coordinating with customers for hardware installation, conducting on-site system setup, and maintaining technical documentation. The position demands travel for 1-2 weeks at a time and offers benefits such as health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications preferred.
• Hands-on experience with hardware including system assembly, disassembly, and debugging.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to plan and schedule installations.
• Conduct on-site visits for system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain installation documentation for customers.

Skills

Technical understanding of computer systems
