Dexory is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Field Service Engineer for its US Service Operations team. The role involves extensive travel to international client sites to service, maintain, fault-find, and repair robots in the field.

Requirements include 5+ years in electromechanical assembly and service, strong electrical/mechanical diagnostics, and excellent communication. Travel flexibility and a valid US driving license are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment.
• Develop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks.

• Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

We have a new opportunity for an fluent Spanish speaking, experienced Field Service Engineer within our dedicated US based Service Operations team.

There is a heavy amount of travel to international client sites where you will service, maintain, fault find and repair our robots in the field.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Perform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment
• Develop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks
• Develop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations
• Maintain product traceability records
• Maintain product currency
• Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations
• Fulfill additional duties, whether functional or administrative, as assigned by management in a fair and reasonable manner

Requirements:

• In excess of five years experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry (including Motorsport, Aerospace, Railway, Automotive etc)
• Ability for constant travel onsite and abroad to client sites (have a passport without restrictions)
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, and to lead a team through tough challenges
• Driven to succeed in dynamic growing organisation
• Flexible attitude to working hours and location
• Full Clean US driving license
• Fluent Spanish speaker

It would be desirable if you also had experience with:

• Business software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack and G-Suite
• Manufacturing software such as manufacturing execution systems
• Root cause analysis methodologies
