Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and security guidance to Spanish-speaking clients regarding cyber security protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and defend against vulnerabilities.
- Document interactions and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with international cybersecurity teams to stay updated on threats.
- Act as a primary contact to ensure security software solutions are implemented and optimized.
- Promote security best practices and educate users on risk mitigation.
