Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with high-value education accounts across BeNeLux and Central Europe. You will foster senior stakeholder relationships, drive adoption of our platform, and help customers achieve their goals.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to tailor solutions, promote customer growth, and advocate for product enhancements. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or SaaS account management.
• Experience in Educational Technology preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong CRM and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior educational stakeholders to align on desired outcomes.
• Proactively identifying challenges and recommending tailored Instructure solutions.
• Driving product adoption, maximizing revenue retention, and collaborating with sales to support pipeline generation and customer growth.
• Gathering customer feedback to advocate for platform enhancements with product and engineering teams.
• Managing tasks dynamically, prioritizing effectively under pressure, and participating in cross-functional customer experience initiatives.
