Speedy Cash in Wichita, KS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish) to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will process transactions, provide in-store service, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment while receiving hands-on training and development.

The role requires bilingual skills (Spanish preferred), a high school diploma, attention to detail, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required; compliance with applicable law.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
