AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE is seeking dependable bilingual Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for customers in Illinois. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through the claims process, enter data accurately, and resolve routine inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Typing speed 30 WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience a plus)
