Job summary

Dexory is redefining warehouse automation with AI, robotics and real-time data. We seek a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to drive value across North America, onboard customers, and maximize ROI from DexoryView.

You will build strong relationships with executives and operators, deliver training, guide adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, or commercial post-sales experience in SaaS or data-driven tech.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of renewals and account growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort interpreting data-driven insights and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding as primary contact to ensure value-driven implementation.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training and workshops on DexoryView.
• Create and manage Success Plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Monitor account health using usage data and feedback to drive retention.
• Own renewals and upsell opportunities to expand usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to reflect the customer voice.
• Gather and report customer feedback to shape product enablement strategies.
