Zusammenfassung

Axos Bank in Las Vegas is seeking a Collector to determine reasons for customer payment delinquency and obtain payment commitments while complying with laws and regulations. This is a commission-eligible role with hourly pay between $18 and $24, depending on location, experience, skills, and education.

Responsibilities include placing routine calls to customers as the first contact to collect payments; escalating complex cases; using our systems to track information; and keeping accurate payment

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, consumer/commercial loans or real estate.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker.

Aufgaben

• Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services.
• Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly.
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account.
• Receive feedback, coaching and training gaps with regular performance reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards.
