Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to manage intake and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits, including life, disability, and absence management.

Fluency in Spanish is required to serve our diverse client base and coordinate with payroll, HR, and benefits teams across sites. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years of related work experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish required for this role.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products/processes.
• Understanding of the leave of absence process and coordination with other benefits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively build and define your role in collaboration with the Client and team leaders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Client staff and Sun Life contacts.
• Master knowledge of Client’s Sun Life benefits and integrate into plans and processes.
• Manage and resolve inquiries and issues to client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of benefits.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progress.
