Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years related experience.
• Experience administering disability and absence benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and resolution of inquiries related to the Client's benefits.
• Translate benefits concepts into workplace solutions for the Client.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll and benefits teams to address questions.
• Provide training and information for Client staff on Sun Life services.
• Analyze reports and audit benefit administration for improvements.
