Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison fluent in Spanish to manage intake and resolution of employee benefits inquiries.

You will partner with client staff and Sun Life teams to provide training, coordinate claims, and improve benefit administration across the Client's workplace. You will translate complex benefit information into clear actions, build strong relationships, and participate in client meetings to drive satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and processes.
• Understanding leave of absence procedures and coordination.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Own intake and resolution of inquiries related to Client benefits.
• Build relationships with Client staff and Sun Life teams.
• Translate benefit knowledge into effective workplace solutions.
• Provide training and information to Client HR/benefits teams.
• Assist with benefit claims submission and monitor progress.
• Prepare Client-facing training materials and presentations.
• Analyze reports and perform audits for Client communications.
• Identify enhancements to benefit administration with measurable metrics.
