Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail customer service experience.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Strong computer, math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate customer service to patrons.
• Lead store tours and recommend products based on research.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, discounts, and promotions.
• Assist with product handling, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Operate POS and manage cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock supplies.
• All other duties as assigned.
