Job summary

Centria Autism in Sun City, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required as training is provided. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test within the last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
