This role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. We provide comprehensive training; bilingual Spanish speakers are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (if not done in last year).
• Background check required.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
