Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish

• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check acceptance
