Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 2–15 in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes Spanish bilingual communication and collaboration with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

Hours: Monday–Friday 3:00pm–7:00pm. Compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour. This position requires reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Spanish bilingual ability is required.
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with activities and ensure safety during sessions for children aged 2–15.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
