Job summary

Empower ABA is a compassionate, family-focused provider delivering one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You will work under a BCBA supervision to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

This part-time Behavior Technician role requires Spanish language skills and reliable transportation. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with supervision and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Must speak Spanish and be willing to complete training.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Attend required training and supervision
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client
