360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with autistic children, using play and ABA methods to build talking, social and life skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

The role offers meaningful work with kids, plus pathways to an RBT certification and pay raises as certification is earned. Hours are 2:00pm–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, Riverside area, CA.
