Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Contra Costa is seeking a Female Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This part-time role runs 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and offers a hybrid in-home & in-center setting with paid training.

No experience is required; we provide full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Bonuses are added on top of base pay, with weekend and evening surcharges.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ABA-based therapy under supervision.
• Help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support in-home and in-center sessions as part of a hybrid schedule.
