Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary or part-time moderators with native-level Spanish to join our flexible team in the United States. Some shifts are 24/7, so early birds or night owls are welcome.

Candidates should have experience moderating social channels and understanding brand voice across platforms. You'll work on developing digital communities for top brands, engaging with users in real-time and following clear guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Responsabilités

• Moderate digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts.
