Job summary

Social Factor is seeking qualified language moderators to join our project-based, temporary, or part-time team. The role focuses on English and Spanish moderation for top brands, with flexible schedules and possible 24/7 shifts.

We value live interaction, brand voice alignment, and rapid response across social platforms. Ideal candidates have native Spanish skills, moderation experience, and the ability to work remotely from approved US states.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and ability to follow guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (tests for final candidates).
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and engaging in discussion.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x.
• Internet speed minimum 150 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• The Community Moderator will develop strong, growing digital communities for brands as work becomes available.
• Respond to user inquiries and engage in discussions to support brand goals.
