Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice and engage users appropriately.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and ability to follow workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to mirror voice/tone of brands.
• High energy, proactive learning mindset and quick adaptability.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Windows 10 / macOS 12.x ready hardware and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, growing digital communities for client brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, answer questions and troubleshoot discussions.
• Maintain brand voice across platforms and moderate conversations per guidelines.
