Social Factor is seeking moderators with native Spanish skills to work on project-based, temporary or part-time engagements. You will develop and nurture digital communities for major brands, engaging users in real time and preserving brand voice across channels.

Flexibility includes early-morning or late shifts for 24/7 coverage and various schedules. We value live moderation experience, platform knowledge, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Able to follow client brand voice and guidelines precisely.
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation a plus.
• Familiarity with key social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate responses.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
