Social Factor is seeking moderators with native Spanish language skills to join on a project-based, temporary basis. Flexible schedules and 24/7 shifts may be available to fit your lifestyle. Moderators will help build and nurture digital communities for global brands, handling live interactions, question answering, and brand voice alignment. Previous moderation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; follow clear guidelines/workflows.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic organization.
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot as needed.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
