Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and engage users accurately.
• Moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities following guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; mirror brand voice.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; tests may be given.

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital communities for well-known brands as opportunities arise.
• Engage with users in real-time, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow brand voice and guidelines to ensure respectful discussions.
