Job summary

Social Factor is seeking skilled Community Moderators with Spanish language expertise to manage and grow digital communities for well-known brands. This project-based, part-time role offers flexible schedules and opportunities across U.S. states.

Prior moderation experience and the ability to mirror diverse brand voices are essential, with live stream moderation being a plus. We welcome candidates based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of culture, nomenclature, slang, and pop culture.
• Able to mirror client brands' voice and follow guidelines.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Experience with Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and quick learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and engage communities for multiple brands across major social platforms.
• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot in real time.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines across platforms and languages.
