Job summary

Social Factor is seeking talented language community moderators with Spanish fluency to join on a project-based, temporary or part-time basis. Work is flexible and can accommodate early birds or night owls, with opportunities across many states in the US.

Moderators will help build and maintain healthy digital communities for well-known brands. Candidates should have native-level Spanish, cultural insight, brand-voice skills, and prior moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of Spanish-language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage with users appropriately.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; follow guidelines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital communities for brands in real-time.
• Engage with users, answer questions and troubleshoot.
• Maintain consistency with each brand's voice and tone.
