Social Factor is seeking skilled moderators with Spanish language experience to build and nurture digital communities for global brands. This is a project-based, temporary or part-time opportunity with flexible schedules, including 24/7 availability as needed.

Candidates should be native Spanish speakers with strong branding intuition, moderation experience, and the ability to engage users while mirroring voice across multiple brands. Remote US-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice and engage users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clear guidelines.
• Organizational and multitasking skills; follow defined workflows.
• Willingness to learn and think critically in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities for client brands.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and guiding discussions.
• Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team on moderation strategies and issues.
