Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderators with native Spanish language skills to work on project-based, temporary or part-time engagements. The role involves developing and sustaining active digital communities for major brands, with work available on a flexible schedule, including 24/7 shifts.

You will engage users in English and Spanish, mirror brand voice, and contribute to positive community experiences. Prior moderation experience is required; live-stream moderation is a plus.

Qualifications
