Candidates should have native Spanish (Mexico) skills, 1 year of related experience or a relevant degree, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines with accuracy in repetitive tasks. Onsite in multiple US cities, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) required.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related content work, or a related degree.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag mismatches with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks and share insights with the team.
• Document findings clearly and concisely for stakeholders.
