Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and language AI systems. This onsite role focuses on building high-quality, well-structured datasets for real-world AI training in a fast-paced environment.

You will evaluate model outputs, audit data, and provide actionable feedback while following detailed instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy across repetitive tasks. Strong Spanish (Mexico) fluency and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work or a related degree.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) and strong language fundamentals.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads to refine quality standards and document findings clearly.
