Welo Data is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. You will work onsite across multiple cities in the U.S., performing data labeling and evaluation tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

The role emphasizes execution with high-quality feedback, requiring native Spanish (Mexico) proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict guidelines in repetitive workflows.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico).
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or related content work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong written communication and ability to follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior; identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag gaps.
• Help improve evaluation frameworks, not just execute them.
• Identify trends in model performance and share insights.
• Participate in team discussions and calibrations.
• Collaborate with leads to refine quality standards.
• Document findings clearly and concisely.
