Welo Data in the United States is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This onsite, full-time role focuses on building high-quality datasets from audio, language data, and structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

You will evaluate model outputs, audit data, and apply guidelines with consistent attention to detail, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine quality standards and communicate actionable insights.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain).
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or related content work; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior—identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
