Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is looking for a Medical Interpreter who will facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for ensuring that families understand their care plans, navigate referrals, and access necessary resources.

This role offers the chance to work closely with a supportive team in a nurturing environment focused on improving child health in Central Oregon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Must be able to translate critical medical information accurately.
• Intermediate and advanced phone, verbal, and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Spanish interpretation for patients and families.
• Translate medical materials from English to Spanish.
• Help families navigate referrals and community resources.
