Social Factor is seeking moderators with Spanish language expertise to manage and grow digital communities for top brands on a flexible, project-based basis. This role supports both English and Spanish audiences and offers part-time, temporary work with varying shift windows, including potential 24/7 coverage.

Candidates should understand brand voice, have moderation experience on social platforms, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone of brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (tests may be given).
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed min 150 Mbps.
• AI tools encouraged for practice, but not during live interviews.
