Social Factor is seeking moderators with Spanish language experience to join on a project-based, temporary or part-time basis. We offer flexible schedules and some roles may involve 24/7 shifts to fit different lifestyles.

Moderators will help develop growing digital communities for well-known brands, working in English and Spanish. Prior moderation experience, brand voice alignment, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage with users.
• Live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong spelling and grammar; language tests may be given.
• Experience with major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital communities for brands on available projects.
