Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will deliver direct 1:1 services, collect progress data, and work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

You will collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans and track goals. The role is part-time with afternoon/evening shifts in New Jersey, offering flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship.

Formación

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
