Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect session data, assist with implementing behavior plans, and work under a supervising BCBA to help children build communication, social, and independence skills.

The role offers part-time scheduling with afternoon/evening availability, training, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
