Job summary

Apploi is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will collect data on goals during sessions, and work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

The role includes supporting families with strategies and progress updates. Flexible afternoon/evening hours are available, with opportunities for ongoing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
