Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism, building communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship.

You will collect data on goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement plans, and share progress with families. After-school/evening hours preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
