Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills through hands-on training and ongoing mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

Part-time, afternoon and evening shifts with flexible scheduling. We offer competitive pay at $22-$28 per hour, benefits for eligible employees, and opportunities for professional growth and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
