Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training and mentorship.

You'll collect data on treatment goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
