Fenchem Inc is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Account Manager for Outside Sales & Business Development. The position drives B2B sales growth by managing accounts and identifying new opportunities, primarily in Mexico and Central America.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, with proven experience in outside sales. This role provides room for career growth into leadership positions, as well as competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proven experience in outside B2B sales, business development, or related roles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and expand new business opportunities across Mexico and Central America.
• Develop and maintain B2B customer relationships through regular communication.
• Generate and qualify leads through market research, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct research on target companies to understand their business.
