TORKLAW is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (Plaintiff Personal Injury) to join our Irvine, CA team. You will engage with potential clients empathetically, assess their needs, and guide them through the initial intake and next steps.

The role emphasizes strong communication across phone, text, chat and email, accurate data entry, and seamless hand-off to case teams. A friendly, proactive problem-solver with 1+ year experience and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ideally 1+ year in a similar intake/customer service role or equivalent education.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard office productivity software.
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with potential clients and build trust during the initial contact.
• Assess each client’s situation and explain next steps and how the firm can help.
• Communicate clearly across phone, text, chat and email with empathy and professionalism.
• Enter data accurately and follow up to avoid missing details in the intake process.
• Collaborate with the team while also working independently and transition clients to the appropriate case team.

BILINGUAL INTAKE SPECIALIST | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $45K- $55K + bonus structure

Schedule: T - F 12PM - 9PM, Sat. 11AM- 8PM; M & Sun OFF

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Intake Specialist your duties will include, but are by no means limited to:

• Client Engagement: Utilize your exceptional people skills to connect with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction.
• Consultative Approach: Carefully assess each potential client’s unique situation, confidently presenting the best course of action and how TORKLAW can support their journey to justice.
• Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication abilities across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email), ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every exchange.
• Precision in Execution: Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up to ensure no detail is overlooked in the potential case intake process.
• Team Collaboration and Independence: Thrive in a supportive team environment while also possessing the drive and discipline to work autonomously.
• Seamless Hand-off: transition the newly retained client to the team that will handle his/her case.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Ideally 1+ year if experience in a similar role, or equivalent education
• Computer literate and proficient with standard off productivity software

• Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
