Responsibilities

• Support pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Open and set up new client files and report claims to insurers.
• Draft letters, request police reports, and obtain medical records.
• Communicate with adjusters, providers, and team members.
• Provide administrative and case management support as needed.
